FNG Exclusive… FNG has learned that Nick Spencer-Skeen has joined newly established Abu Dhabi based Retail FX and CFDs broker APM Capital. He will become APM’s Senior Executive Officer.

Nick Spencer-Skeen was formerly Chief of Staff in Europe for US based institutional broker StoneX (NASDAQ:SNEX), heading StoneX’s Europe business for more than 10 years from 2011-2021. He left StoneX last year, following that company’s acquisition of Retail FX broker GAIN Capital, which operates the FOREX.com and City Index brands. Most of FOREX.com’s and City Index’s management teams were based in London, making Mr. Spencer-Skeen’s position redundant.

APM Capital was established in May 2021, co-founded by Boston based Disha Rajdev. The company is headquartered in Abu Dhabi, and is authorized and regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (FSP Number 200034).
