Kush Saxena to step down from his role as CAB Payments Non-Exec Director
CAB Payments Holdings plc (LON:CABP) today announced a change to its Board of Directors.
Kushagra (‘Kush’) Saxena has informed the Board that he wishes to step down from his roles as Non-executive Director of CAB Payments and Non-executive Director of Crown Agents Bank Limited in order to pursue an executive role at another organisation.
Kush Saxena’s resignation will take effect following the Annual General Meeting this afternoon and, as a result, the resolution relating to his formal election at the 2026 Annual General Meeting will be withdrawn.
Mr Saxena has advised the Board and Management on a wide range of topics including the Company’s digital, technology and stablecoin strategies.
