Finablr PLC today made a brief announcement concerning an auditor appointment and the termination of director’s office.

Finablr announces that the Board of the Company has appointed PKF Littlejohn LLP as the Company’s statutory auditor of the company and its subsidiaries with immediate effect.

Also, the Company announces the termination of Mr. Binay Shetty’s office as Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Binay Shetty was an Executive Director of Finablr and was responsible for setting the strategic vision and direction for the Group. He has over 14 years of experience, with a focus on strategy and corporate governance.

Binay Shetty was a board member of NMC Health PLC, where he also held the position of Chief Operating Officer responsible for the operations, human resources, marketing, technology and project management functions.
