FNG Exclusive… A former FX and CFDs industry CEO has set up a broker-advisory firm, for the second time this week.

After we reported earlier this week that former BDSwiss CEO Nicolas Shamtanis is launching Conexus IQ, focused on helping CFD brokers and prop firms make better decisions when selecting outsourced providers, FNG has learned that Andrew Ishchuk is going live with BrokerSetup.

As its name implies, BrokerSetup is an advisory firm focused on helping entrepreneurs and financial companies launch new Forex and other financial brokerages. BrokerSetup will help entrepreneurs in the sector build the right operational and regulatory structure, develop strong brands and business models, and scale efficiently in a highly competitive global market.

Andrew Ishchuk, who is based out of Dubai, spent the past four years as CEO of offshore CFDs broker BelleoFX, and the two years before that as CEO of another offshore broker, HonorFX. Previous roles include Head of Operations at brokers SmartFX and FXGate; CEO of offshore broker CliqFX; Director of Operations – Middle East at TeleTrade; and Managing Director at Forex Trend.

After more than 14 years in the financial brokerage industry, working across management, strategy, and operations, I’ve had the opportunity to help build, scale, and optimize brokerage businesses from the inside.

Over the years, many founders, partners, and investors have approached me for advice on launching, structuring, and growing brokerage firms. What started as occasional guidance gradually turned into something much bigger.

Today, I’m excited to officially announce the launch of Broker Setup, where I am the Founder & CEO. Broker Setup is an advisory firm focused on helping entrepreneurs and financial companies:

• Build the right operational and regulatory structure
• Develop strong brands and business models
• Scale efficiently in a highly competitive global market

The brokerage industry is evolving quickly, and building a successful firm today requires much more than just technology or liquidity. It requires the right strategy, structure, and experience from day one. Our focus is simple: help founders avoid the common mistakes that cost years of time and millions in capital.
