FNG Exclusive… FNG has learned that Ainhoa Pua, Compliance Manager and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) at FCA regulated CFDs broker Trade Nation, has left the company.

Ainhoa Pua, based on London, had been in her role heading compliance for Trade Nation for the past three years. She had also previously spent seven years at Tickmill, in a similar role.

Trade Nation and its various brands are controlled by UK entrepreneur Jasper White, who bought control of the company (then known as The Trader Management Company Limited) in 2014. Jasper White was previously CEO of sports betting concern Gambit Research.

Trade Nation has undergone a number of senior management changes recently. In 2025 Jon Noble, former COO of IG Group, became CEO of Trade Nation. The company also onboarded former IG Group executive, and former Capital.com CEO, Kypros Zoumidou, as Managing Director. Trade Nation has continued since on something of a hiring spree, adding Wirex executive Philippe Capelle as CMO, Finalto alum Luis dos Santos as CEO Portugal, and former IG executive Emma Mensah as Head of Customer Success, among other hires.
