FNG Exclusive… FNG has learned that leading global crypto exchange operator Crypto.com has made a change at the top of its Cyprus based, CySEC licensed arm Foris Capital CY Ltd, hiring experienced CFDs industry executive Stelios Moyseos as the new General Manager and Executive Director of Crypto.com Cyprus.

Stelios Moyseos spent five years (2020-2025) as Chief Compliance and AML Officer and Head of Compliance at now defunct CFDs broker BDSwiss. He is also very familiar with the regulatory landscape in Cyprus from another previous role, having served for four years (2016-2020) as Officer – Supervision Department at CySEC.

Stelios Moyseos takes the position vacated by now-former Crypto.com Cyprus GM Michael Floros, who has left the company. FNG reported exclusively in July 2025 that Michael Floros, former CEO of CySEC licensed CFDs broker LegacyFX, was named to head Crypto.com’s Cyprus operation, through which Crypto.com offers regulated trading throughout the EU in non-crypto products such as CFDs on a variety of financial instruments, as well as Tokenized Stocks.

Stelios posted the following note on social media regarding his new role at Crypto.com.
