FNG Exclusive… Further to our report from yesterday that financial services software solutions provider Devexperts had hired longtime Options Technology executive Heetesh Rawal as VP Sales and Business Development, FNG has now learned that the company has added three more experienced Sales and BizDev personnel.

We expect the company to make a formal announcement shortly.

Joining Devexperts are Michael Ambite, Paul Tavares, and Brian James, who alongside Heetesh Rawal will all serve as VPs Sales and Business Development, bringing a combined 70+ years of experience in market data and fintech sectors.

Over the past 27 years, Michael Ambite has worked for some of the biggest financial firms, such as Thomson Reuters, Bloomberg and, most recently, GTN Group. Paul Tavares has moved from Exegy, where he was Director of Account Management (EMEA), bringing over 15 years of market data and technology experience, working with some of the world’s leading investment banks and financial firms.

Brian James’ financial market experience spans 18 years and includes Exchange Data International (EDI) and FIS. He has worked extensively with custodians, investment banks, hedge funds, asset managers, brokers, and data vendors across Asia, Europe and North America.

Devexperts noted that marked interest in the company’s customisable off-the-shelf and bespoke brokerage solutions has spiked, and, as a result, the company is expanding its business development team to meet the demand. Each of the four new hires brings a wealth of experience to the team, further underlining Devexperts’ commitment to providing top-tier solutions to brokers, exchanges, and the wealth management industry.
