SGX Stock Exchange welcomes listing of CGS Fullgoal Singapore Next 50 Active ETF
SGX Stock Exchange today welcomed the listing of the CGS Fullgoal Singapore Next 50 Active ETF (stock code: Q50).
This is the first actively managed exchange-traded fund (ETF) benchmarked to the iEdge Singapore Next 50 Index, expanding the suite of investment products tracking Singapore’s stock market.
Managed by CGS International Securities Singapore Pte. Ltd and advised by Fullgoal Asset Management (HK) Limited, the active ETF offers investors access to Singapore’s mid-capitalisation segment. Tracking a universe representing approximately S$109 billion in market capitalisation, the ETF provides retail and institutional investors with an efficient way to diversify their portfolios beyond the traditional large-cap blue chips.
Ng Yao Loong, Head of Global Financial Markets, SGX Group, said:
“Singapore’s mid-cap segment is home to many established businesses that are growing, innovating and expanding their regional footprint. We are pleased to welcome this latest collaboration between CGS International and Fullgoal. As the first active ETF benchmarked to the iEdge Singapore Next 50 index, it expands investor access to a dynamic segment of the market that is increasingly attracting interest, while reinforcing the depth and diversity of Singapore’s stock market.”
Carol Fong, Group Chief Executive Officer, CGS International, said:
“CGS International has served Singapore’s retail investors for decades, and our product development has consistently reflected our commitment to widen market access.
