Pan-European market infrastructure Euronext announces that it has informed the Board of Allfunds that Euronext withdraws its indicative offer to acquire 100% of Allfunds’ share capital.

This follows the statement regarding recent press speculations published on 22 February 2023.

Back then, Euronext said it was in active discussions with Allfunds largest shareholders. This indicative offer is conditional, amongst other things, on reaching agreement with existing largest shareholders in Allfunds.

Euronext did not elaborate on the reason for the offer withdrawal.
