The UK Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) has finished its investigation into Business Agent Ltd.

Business Agent Ltd, trading as NextCrowd and NextFin, entered Administration on 8 May 2025. Louise Longley and Julian Pitts of Begbies Traynor Group were appointed as joint administrators.

All the submitted claims against Business Agent will now be moved to FSCS’s claims processing teams for assessment.

If you’ve submitted a claim to FSCS relating to Business Agent, please make sure that all the supporting and relevant evidence has been provided. This will help reduce any delays to individual claims as they are assessed.

Each claim will be considered on a case-by-case basis to determine whether it is eligible for compensation.
