Nuvei secures shareholder approval for going private with Advent

Nuvei Corporation (TSX:NVEI) today secured shareholders’ approval for the deal to be taken private by Advent International, L.P.

Yuval Ziv, Nuvei’s Managing Director, Digital Payments, is promoted to President in a newly-created global role.

The licenses mark the latest additions to Nuvei’s ongoing global expansion initiatives.
