Pepperstone hires XTB exec Reed Sayer as Head of UK

Reed Sayer brings over a decade of experience in financial services to the role, joining Pepperstone from XTB where was Head of UK Sales.

Pepperstone UK is headed by London based CEO Rob Bowen, who also acts as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of the Group.

The balance of client funds held at Pepperstone UK was £27.0 million at year end 2024, up from £25.2 million the previous year.

Prior to joining FP Markets in 2020, Kim Reilly also previously worked at IC Markets, and at FxPro.

Simona Wilkinson joined Pepperstone in 2021 in HR, and was promoted to Regional Head of People & Culture at the company last year.
