Minneapolis Grain Exchange to change its name to MIAX Futures Exchange

Minneapolis Grain Exchange, LLC (MGEX), a wholly owned subsidiary of MIH, will change its name to MIAX Futures Exchange.

Mr Bagan began his career at MGEX in 1987, holding various positions until his appointment to President and Chief Executive Officer in July 2005.
