Credit Suisse announces changes to Board of Directors

Severin Schwan, Kai S. Nargolwala and Juan Colombas have informed the Credit Suisse Board that they will not stand for re-election.

Axel Lehmann and Juan Colombas were both newly elected to the Board of Directors of Credit Suisse Group.
