OANDA put up for sale by CVC Capital

CVC Capital has hired investment banking firms Nomura and Santander to oversee the sale of OANDA.

Hargreaves shares traded up by 5% Tuesday closing the day at 1130p – just shy of the 1140p improved offer price.

Euronext today welcomed global investment firm CVC Capital Partners plc, as it successfully listed on Euronext Amsterdam (ticker code: CVC).

Despite the increase in activity, OANDA Europe saw a drop in client funds held by the firm, to £38.1 million.
