CySEC today issued an update regarding its decision to prohibit Petros Zachariades from exercising his management duties at Crowd Tech Ltd.

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has prohibited Petros Zachariades from exercising his management duties.

CySEC finds the influence exercised by Petros Zachariades, as sole shareholder of Crowd Tech Ltd, to be prejudicial to management of the CIF.

Cyprus investment firm Crowd Tech Ltd, operating the trade360.com domain, has paid €230,000 to settle with the CySEC.
