UTrade owner Aviv Talmor was convicted back in 2023 of defrauding investors of NIS 77 million, and is now serving a five year jail sentence.
Aviv Talmor was convicted back in September 2022, and then sentenced to four years in jail in January 2023.
However Aviv Talmor is not heading to jail quite yet. His sentence was suspended for four months, to give time for an appeal.
Aviv Talmor was convicted of fraud, theft, money laundering, and managing investment portfolios without a license.
