Exclusive: Roei Gavish’s Trade.com buys Spanish CFDs broker Activotrade
FNG Exclusive… FNG has learned that serial Retail FX entrepreneur Roei Gavish is continuing to expand his empire, acquiring Spain based CNMV-licensed Activotrade AV. The company operates the activotrade.com website, a popular Equities as well as FX-and-CFDs broker focusing on the Spanish market.
The company was sold to Roei Gavish’s Cypriot holding company Trade Capital Holding (TCH) Ltd by Activotrade founder Raza Perez. Trade Capital operates the CySEC-licensed Trade.com retail online trading brand. It also owns FCA-licensed Livemarkets.com.

We have also learned that Mr. Gavish has hired Guillermo Galey Arco as CEO at Activotrades. Guillermo Galey Arco spent 12 years at Saxo Bank from 2004-2016, ending his tenure as Managing Director and Head of the Branch Office in Spain for Saxo. He had spent the past few years at Spanish broker Rentamarkets as Managing Director – Head of Business Development and Digital Strategy.
Guillermo Galey Arco posted the following message on social media about his new role:
I am very proud to start this new stage on my professional career. It is a great opportunity, that I sincerely thank to the new shareholder.
But it is not just a new project, it is quite special for me as I first time heard about Activotrade 14 years ago when it was just part of a (great) business plan, and then life surprises you, bringing me this opportunity from a completely unexpected angle, the entrance of a new shareholder, with the clear objective of supporting the company to conquer new heights.
Thanks Roei Gavish and George Rodger for your commitment with this project.
