Monex Group, Inc today announced that its subsidiary Monex, Inc. has integrated its proprietary services with AI platforms, including ChatGPT and Claude.

Through this integration, customers who consent to allowing AI platforms to access their account information will be able to seamlessly request and obtain relevant information and analyses based on their own account data directly through these AI platforms.

Monex Group explained that it views AI not merely as a means of improving operational efficiency, but as a new interface connecting customers with financial services and is working to integrate AI into services across the Group.

In January 2026, TradeStation Securities, the Group’s U.S. subsidiary, enabled connectivity between AI platforms and securities accounts through MCP (Model Context Protocol), providing customers with an intuitive and interactive trading experience. Financial transactions that required navigating multiple screens and performing multiple steps are increasingly being integrated into everyday conversations with AI.

The Group has positioned the delivery of next-generation financial experiences through technology as a core pillar of its growth strategy.
