FCA closes investigation into Mirabella Advisors
The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) today provided an update on its investigation into Mirabella Advisors LLP.
On 4 May 2021, the FCA announced that it had opened an investigation into the oversight of Greensill Capital Securities Limited, an appointed representative, by its principal, Mirabella Advisors LLP.
FCA’s investigation reviewed the nature, conduct and scope of Mirabella’s business. The FCA did not identify breaches by Mirabella that require further action. The investigation has therefore now closed. Mirabella applied to have its authorisation cancelled, and as of 12 September 2025, it no longer provides financial services.
The regulator says it will continue to work with counterparts in the UK and overseas with their own enquiries connected to Greensill. The FCA reserves the right to review its decision and take action in the future if new information comes to light.
