The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) today announced the withdrawal of the Cyprus investment firm (CIF) authorisation of Itrade Global (CY) Ltd.

The decision is in line with section 8(1)(a) of the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law of 2017 and section 4(7) of the Directive DI87-05.

CySEC notes the company’s decision to expressly renounce its authorisation.

Itrade Global was authorised to operate via www.investfw.com and www.tradedwell.com.

Earlier in 2025, CySEC published the findings of its examination of the Board of Directors of Itrade Global.
