The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announces its decision to withdraw the Cyprus Investment Firm (CIF) authorisation of FF Simple and Smart Trades Investment Services Ltd.

CySEC’s decision was made at its meeting on November 28, 2022 but was made public on February 1, 2023.

The regulatory move, which is in line with section 8(1)(a) of the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law of 2017 and section 4(7) of Directive DI87-05, is due to the company’s decision to expressly renounce its CIF license.

The company operates via the following domains: www.ffsst.com, www.tradocenter.com, and www.toroinvest.com.

In October 2022, CySEC announced its decision to withdraw the Cyprus Investment Firm authorisation of IFC Investments Cyprus Ltd. The withdrawal of the license is due to the company’s decision to expressly renounce it.

In July 2022, CySEC withdrew the CIF license of Sharelink Securities & Financial Services Ltd and Finteractive Ltd. Those withdrawals also reflected the companies’ decisions to renounce their CIF licenses.
