The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) today issued a warning to the public regarding nine unauthorized entities.

The illicit entities operate via the following websites:

• amazon-forex.com
• novatradecore.com
• vall-fin.com
• daoroyal.com
• capitaldealhub.com/AI_app_es, digiteamagency.com/second-income/
• seamanfx.com
• newfuturevip.com
• trademarketcup.com
• fxtrade.app.

The above-mentioned websites do not belong to an entity which has been granted authorization for the provision of investment services and/or the performance of investment activities, as provided for in Article 5 of Law 87 (I)/2017 and/or an authorization for the provision of crypto-asset services, as provided for in Article 59 of Regulation (EE) 2023/1114.

CySEC advises investors to consult its website (www.cysec.gov.cy), before conducting business with investment firms and/or crypto-asset service providers, in order to ascertain the entities, which are licensed to provide investment services and/or investment activities and/or crypto-asset services.
