CySEC issues warning on illegal crypto investment offering

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) today issued a warning regarding an illegal offer of crypto investment.

The regulator announces that people appearing to represent Binance are encouraging investors, directly or indirectly, to invest in crypto-assets.

CySEC would like to warn the public that Binance is not registered to provide services on crypto-assets in Cyprus.

The public can find out whether a company is registered to provide services on crypto-assets in Cyprus by visiting CySEC’s website at the following address.
