FNG: Hi Alexandre, and thanks for joining us today. Please let us know a little more about Auditiams, and your journey in launching a new Compliance Solutions company.

Alexandre: Thank you for having me. The idea for Auditiams started at the end of 2021. At that time, I felt that something was fundamentally missing in the compliance industry, true compliance as a solution. It all came to me when I realised  that I hated everything that was being used as a “solution” in those days.

Every process was filled with hurdles, useless bureaucracy, inefficiencies and unnecessary complexities. No matter what you tried to implement, there was always something slowing things down. That frustration turned into a vision: to create a platform that removes those obstacles and provides a seamless, efficient, and comprehensive compliance solution.

Auditiams was built to change the way compliance is approached, making it not just a requirement, but an enabler of business success.

I had 3 requirements set: No copying – Invent only – Make life easy.

Copying for me has been seen as a sin, Inventing products was always a part of me, so to achieve the seamless service we wanted, we created.

FNG: What are the key challenges facing FX and CFD brokers in achieving proper compliance? How can Auditiams help?

AUDSER supports firms in expanding their operations by assisting with licensing in different jurisdictions and providing legal opinions tailored to their specific needs.

FNG: How do you think Auditiams’ solutions are differentiated from other compliance services providers?

Alexandre: Well, for starters, we don’t believe pushing clients into over-compliance and creating unnecessary barriers. Some compliance providers take an overly rigid, fear-driven approach that can overwhelm businesses, rather than enabling them to operate efficiently within the regulations.

Additionally, we introduced an automated reporting calendar bot specifically for Cyprus firms, streamlining regulatory deadlines and reporting requirements.

Looking ahead, there’s a lot more to come. We’ll soon be unveiling our entertainment roster for AUDENT, connecting talents with businesses for sponsorships and events. We’ll also be making key data from AUDCOM’s Comply Live public, highlighting why traditional country risk assessments are often flawed and providing a more accurate, real-time approach to compliance risk evaluation.
