Broker CRM solutions provider Markets CRM has announced a new integration with Squaretalk, a cloud contact center platform designed for sales-driven environments, bringing communication capabilities directly into the broker CRM workflow.
Through this integration, brokers using Markets CRM can connect their contact center operations with the CRM layer — enabling calls to be initiated from client profiles, communication history to be tracked within client records, and interaction data to be visible alongside the operational context that sales and retention teams already work with.
Squaretalk provides VoIP calling, automated dialing, WhatsApp messaging, real-time monitoring, and AI-assisted call insights.
