Exclusive: Isabella Mannucci on the launch of broker tech co Reltrix
FNG Exclusive Interview… Following our report from earlier this month that a new broker and prop firm technology provider called Reltrix was coming to market, we’re pleased to speak today with Reltrix Managing Director Isabella Mannucci (ex DTTpro, ATC Brokers, Trade Nation, INFINOX, Gold-i) about what Reltrix does, why launch now, and a whole lot more.
FNG: Hi Isabella, and thanks for joining us today. Why did you decide to launch Reltrix, and why now?
Isabella: After more than seven years working in brokerage and trading technology, one thing became very clear: most brokers and prop firms are still relying on multiple systems that don’t work well together. Their trading platform, CRM, risk management, back office and liquidity often come from different providers, making operations more complicated than they need to be.
Reltrix was created to solve that problem.
Instead of firms spending time integrating different technologies, we’ve built one platform where everything works together, from execution and risk management to client management and payments.
The timing also feels right. The industry is growing quickly, particularly across emerging markets, and firms want technology that is faster to launch, easier to manage and capable of supporting long-term growth.
FNG: What does Reltrix provide and what are your key focus areas?
Isabella: Reltrix provides trading technology and infrastructure for brokers, prop firms, exchanges and financial institutions.
Our platform brings together multi-asset trading platforms, CRM and client management, IB management, prop trading infrastructure, risk management, liquidity connectivity, OMS, social and copy trading, payment solutions and back-office operations into one connected environment.
Our focus is simple: helping firms replace disconnected systems with technology that is easier to operate and scale.
Initially, we’re concentrating on high-growth markets across MENA, LATAM and other regions where demand for modern brokerage infrastructure continues to increase.
FNG: How do you plan to differentiate Reltrix in a highly competitive market?
Isabella: Many providers still focus on selling individual products, whether that’s a CRM, a trading platform or a bridge. Brokers then have to make everything work together themselves.
Our approach is different.
We’ve built an integrated platform where every component is designed to work together from the start. That reduces implementation time, simplifies operations and allows firms to grow without constantly changing or rebuilding their technology.
Just as importantly, we’ve built Reltrix based on real industry experience. Having worked inside brokerage operations ourselves, we understand the practical challenges firms face every day, and that’s what drives our product development.
FNG: Where do brokers and prop firms excel, and where do they need support? How does Reltrix add value?
Isabella: Most brokers and prop firms are very good at attracting clients, building their brand and growing the commercial side of the business.
Where many struggle is operations.
Managing different systems, monitoring risk, handling payments and scaling efficiently can quickly become complex as the business grows.
Reltrix brings those functions together into one platform, giving firms greater visibility, better operational control and the infrastructure they need to grow without adding unnecessary complexity.
FNG: How do you see AI shaping trading, and what role does it play in Reltrix’s vision?
Isabella: AI will change trading and brokerage operations, not by replacing traders, but by helping them make better decisions.
Markets generate an enormous amount of data every second. The challenge isn’t finding information anymore, it’s understanding what actually matters.
That’s where AI adds value.
At Reltrix, we’re integrating AI directly into the trading experience through our AI Trader platform. It combines technical analysis, momentum signals and market sentiment to help traders identify opportunities more efficiently.
We’ve also developed our Bubble Trading interface, which gives traders a simple visual representation of market opportunities, making analysis faster and easier.
Looking ahead, AI will play an increasingly important role across trading, risk management, execution and brokerage operations.
FNG: What can we expect from Reltrix in the coming months?
Isabella: Over the coming months, we’ll continue expanding both our product offering and our international presence.
We’ll be announcing new strategic partnerships, releasing additional products across the platform and continuing to develop our AI capabilities.
We’ll also keep expanding our modular offering, allowing firms to choose exactly what they need, whether that’s a complete brokerage solution or individual products such as CRM, prop trading or trading platforms.
At the same time, we’re growing the team to support our expansion and accelerate product development.
Our objective remains straightforward: helping brokers and trading firms launch faster, operate more efficiently and grow with the right technology behind them.
