Swissquote’s digital banking app Yuh goes live
Yuh, an innovative banking app, went live today. The innovation project, as guided earlier, is the result of the joint venture between the two financial pioneers – Swissquote and PostFinance, announced in November 2020.
PostFinance is an industry flagship, with 2.7 million Swiss customers. Swissquote stands out for its strength in innovation.
Yuh is an app, but not only that. Yuh is the result of people who work to challenge the restraints of traditional banking, the creators of the app say.
“At Yuh, we believe that it’s your life, your desires, your daring that should shape the way you manage your money. We offer you the opportunity to pay, save and invest with just one app. As easy as pie, but with the secure backing of Switzerland’s leading online banks”, according to Yuh developers.
In terms of payment, Yuh aims to help its users get their finances under control. A free Yuh Mastercard, real-time tracking, multi-currency accounts: everything is done to simplify and shed light on users’ finances.
Users of the app can invest in a variety of investment products, including shares and cryptos.
A unique feature offers users of the app to make use of Swissqoins. Swissqoin (SWQ) is an innovative crypto token backed by a reserve of Swiss francs that grows every month, as Yuh reinvests 10% of its revenue back into it. The more you use the app, the more Swissqoins you get, and the more you benefit from Yuh’s revenue. Traders can keep Swissqoins or redeem them for cash.
