FNG has learned that longtime ADSS executive Ammar Bader has left the UAE based broker.

Ammar Bader had been with ADSS for more than 10 years, joining in early 2015 as a Senior Partnership Manager. He was named Head of Sales at ADSS in 2022. Ammar has also previously worked at Noor Capital Markets and at Alpari.

Ammar posted the following note on social media regarding his departure from ADSS.

After 10 rewarding years at ADSS, I’ve officially stepped down from my role as Head of Sales.

I’m deeply grateful for the experiences, growth, and relationships I’ve built throughout this journey. ADSS has been a significant part of my life, full of milestones, challenges, and incredible people I’ve had the privilege to work with.

While the decision to leave wasn’t easy, I believe that being in the right environment is essential for both personal and professional growth. Over time, I came to realize that in order to stay true to my values and aspirations, it was time for a new chapter.

I’m now dedicating my energy to something I’ve always dreamed of, building my own company. It’s both exciting and inspiring to take this step, and I look forward to sharing more about this journey very soon.
