Multi-asset investment specialist Saxo Bank announces that a new funding journey will be released to Introducing Broker partners in the third quarter of 2023.

The new funding journey is a complete redesign of the existing funding module to fund your account, withdraw funds from your account, and transfer funds between trading accounts. The module is called Deposits and transfers.

• Recent and historic transfers

The new funding journey also incorporates Recent transfers, showing transfers made in the last 14 days, and Historic transfers, showing older payments. The old transfer reports will be retired as part of this rollout.

• Deposit options

The Deposits section shows the account funding options available to clients:

1. Bank transfers (instructions to transfer via an external bank account)
2. Credit card transfer module (where available)

• Module accessibility

Deposits, withdrawals, and inter-account transfers will be more easily accessible and available directly from the new Platform menu.

• SWIFT payment tracking

The recent transfers section of the Deposits and transfers module will also allow clients to track cross-border deposits and transfers that have arrived that are routed via the SWIFT network.

This allows you to track withdrawals on their way to your bank account and track any costs and currency exchanged on payments that are levied by intermediary banks.
