GMO Internet to receive dividend from GMO Payment Gateway surplus
GMO Internet Group, Inc announces that it will receive the dividend from surplus from its consolidated subsidiary, GMO Payment Gateway, Inc. (TYO:3769).
The amount of the dividend is JPY 4,987 million, with the scheduled date of receipt being December 19, 2022.
Upon receipt of the dividend, GMO Internet will record dividend income as non-operating income in its non-consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2022. As the dividend will be from a consolidated subsidiary, there will be no impact on the consolidated business performance.
