When it comes to using ewallets or digital wallets like Revolut, the riskiest thing to clients is their deposits are not insured as traditional banks. But most articles about these services on most social media websites only mention their advantages but fail to mention their riskiest disadvantage. These (paid?) articles may mislead users to misunderstanding that their deposits are safe as with traditional banks. Some Revolut companies in their group have banking licences and clients deposits are insured. That’s why their clients assets are multibillion dollars. But other Revolut companies do not. If you use Revolut service, check if it’s the one that has your deposits insured. Today, the world becomes more and more uncertain. A crisis may come anytime. By then, the bigger a company is, the faster it may go bankrupt.

been using Revolut for 5+ years with 0 (=ZERO) issues. Got more cold shoulders from my physical actual bank which receives my paychecks monthly- than a finance app on my phone.

They are fair- they are quick- they are innovative, and they are trustworthy.

An actual Bank nowadays is crap- they still look at clients as numbers and are cripples in finance terms.

Asked to receive a onetime project fee to my bank – they said they would freeze it and that I’m better off getting a crypto wallet- so who’s shady
