Alpha FX changes name to Alpha Group International
Alpha FX Group plc (LON:AFX), a leading provider of financial solutions dedicated to global corporates and institutions, is pleased to announce that its name has changed from Alpha FX Group plc to Alpha Group International plc.
It is expected that the change of name will take effect on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange from 8.00 a.m. on 20 December 2022 and the Company’s TIDM will change to “ALPH”. The Company’s current ISIN and SEDOL will remain the same.
Speaking on the name change, Morgan Tillbrook, CEO of Alpha FX said:
“When we launched Alpha back in 2009 it was with the vision of being a leading provider of foreign exchange services. Whilst our commitment to this vision remains unchanged, as time has gone on our clients have relied on us for a wider range of needs, and our offering has evolved beyond just FX alone. Alpha Group sets the right tone for our business today, but also provides our brand with the room it needs as our offering continues to grow. It’s a small change but one that ultimately reflects our big ambitions.”
Let’s note that, on November 22, 2022, the proposed resolution to change the company’s name to Alpha Group International plc and its TIDM to “ALPH”, was duly passed.
