Vlad Tenev disposes of 83,333 shares in Robinhood
Robinhood Markets Inc (NASDAQ:HOOD) has reported transactions in its shares by senior management.
On January 4, 2023, Robinhood’s CEO Vladimir Tenev disposed of 83,333 shares in the broker, in accordance with a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted in August 2022. The weighted-average share price of the transactions was $8.2371.
Following the disposal, Vlad Tenev has direct ownership over 1,244,603 Robinhood shares.
Vlad Tenev is a Co-Founder of Robinhood and, since November 2020, has served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Robinhood. Mr. Tenev is also Chair of our board of directors. In 2013, Mr. Tenev co-founded Robinhood with Mr. Bhatt. From 2013 to November 2020, Mr. Tenev served alongside Mr. Bhatt as Robinhood’s co-CEO and co-President.
Before Robinhood, Mr. Tenev started two finance companies in New York City. He holds a B.S. in Mathematics from Stanford University and an M.S. in Mathematics from UCLA.
