The management changes and position swaps between broker holding company Rostro Group and its various Scope Markets / Scope Prime operating arms are continuing.

After reporting earlier today that Rostro promoted Mitesh Vaghela to COO, with previous COO Saul Knapp having moved to Scope Prime, the company has now announced that it has named Sam Steele as Group Chief Strategy Officer (CSO).

Sam Steele, who is based in Cyprus, spent the past four years with the group’s offshore brokerage business Scope Prime, as Chief Investment Officer. Prior to Scope Prime, Sam worked at Tradetech Alpha (now part of Finalto), Gain Capital Group, and City Index, dating back to 2006.
