Exclusive: Revolut Marcom Manager Andreas Kapsos resigns
FNG Exclusive… FNG has learned that longtime Revolut marketing and communications executive Andreas Kapsos has resigned his position with the company.
A Cypriot native who has been based in London the past 10 years, Mr. Kapsos was one of the first and longest serving employees at Revolut, joining in 2016 as a social media assistant and rising up the ranks to become Marketing and Communications Manager at the fintech unicorn. He was a key part of the team which helped drive the online success of Revolut in the UK and in markets around the world, and in particular on social media.
Mr. Kapsos posted the following note on social media:
The time has arrived! After 4,5 years and being one of the very first employees at Revolut is time for new adventures. I will always be grateful for this unbelievable experience. A journey with a skyrocket, that has tested our abilities and limits and taught us how to get it done ✅
I feel honoured to have met and worked along with some of the brightest minds in the field and together we made Revolut a-must-have brand/app, well-respected and a recognised company around the world. It is clearly something that I could not have imagined back in 2016 when I first started working.
Looking forward, I’m excited for what is next and can’t wait to look back after a few years again saying that “I couldn’t have imagined what we achieved” 😉
