Public.com adds Jessica Neal and Christopher J. Brummer to BoD
Public.com has announced the addition of new members to its Board, as Public.com enters the next stage of growth. The company adds two new independent directors to its Board of Directors.
Jessica Neal is the former Chief Talent Officer of Netflix and a Venture Partner at TCV a growth equity firm. Ms Neal spent over 11 years at the streaming platform, where she led people strategy and operations and made her mark as an expert in building high performance teams for disruptive and fast-growing companies.

Public.com is building something incredibly special on its mission to make the public markets work for all people, and I’m thrilled to join the Board of Directors as the company enters an exciting new chapter in its journey,” said Neal.
Dr. Christopher J. Brummer is Agnes N. Williams Research Professor at Georgetown Law, where he has lent his expertise to institutions and policymakers around the world grappling with emerging technologies, financial markets and economic inclusion. He serves on the board of directors of Fannie Mae, and is Scholar in Residence and Senior Advisor to crypto investment fund Paradigm.
He recently served as a member of the Biden-Harris Transition team, where he helped lead work streams for the Treasury Department review team on financial technology and racial equity. He has authored and edited several books on fintech and crypto, and is the host of the Fintech Beat podcast.
