Match-Trade appoints Przemysław Wojtyna as CCO
Match-Trade Technologies, a leading provider of trading technology for forex brokers, prop firms, and financial institutions, has announced the appointment of Przemysław Wojtyna as the company’s new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). The newly created role marks a strategic milestone, formalising centralised leadership across sales and marketing to drive a unified group commercial strategy and accelerate global expansion.
Over the past 13 years, Match-Trade Technologies has expanded well beyond a single-solution provider, and while its business lines often serve the same client base, each now operates on its own sales cycle and requires its own specialist expertise.
Michał Karczewski, CEO of Match-Trade Technologies said,
“The Chief Commercial Officer steps in to strengthen group-level coordination and bring coherence to that complexity, helping us allocate sales and marketing resources more efficiently while aligning go-to-market execution to maximize profitability – so we can move faster, stay aligned, and remain at the top of the game.”
Tenure at Match-Trade
Match-Trade Technologies noted that Wojtyna is a natural fit for the position. Since joining Match-Trade Technologies in October 2021, he has played a hands-on role in several pivotal chapters of the company’s growth – from helping establish its Cyprus presence to developing its payments infrastructure offering, and, most recently, managing group sales. Under his leadership, the company’s sales organization evolved into a genuinely global, locally enabled operation, anchored by an additional office in Dubai and multilingual coverage spanning Arabic, Chinese, Hindi, Russian, and Spanish. This expansion has allowed the company to penetrate key geographies far more effectively. That period also delivered consistent, measurable results: newly onboarded clients rose year over year, and momentum through the first half of 2026 has the company on track for another record year of client acquisition.
As CCO, Wojtyna now takes on a broader mandate spanning both sales and marketing across all of the company’s business lines.
“My focus is on creating the conditions for sustainable growth across every segment we serve. Over the coming months, we’ll be introducing new commercial products and refining how we package our capabilities to better reflect client needs. By working closely with our teams and strategic partners, we’ll align priorities, strengthen execution, and equip them with the right resources – stronger enablement and smoother coordination – so we can respond faster and in a more coordinated way,” he explained.
Looking ahead, Wojtyna’s agenda rests on a simple premise: clients should clearly understand the value Match-Trade Technologies delivers, and that clarity should shape everything from positioning to product conversations. His priority is to listen closely to client needs and feedback, then translate those insights into sharper commercial strategy and more tailored solutions across the group’s offerings.
“What truly matters to us is growing clients’ income through real product value, not aggressive selling. We’ll be much more precise about communicating that value to the partners who actually want it,” he concluded.
