FNG Exclusive… FNG has learned that Retail FX and CFDs broker FP Markets has hired Haris Sergiou, as Global Head of Business Development.

Haris Sergiou joins FP Markets after spending the past three years as Business Development Director in Dubai for Doo Group. At Doo Group, he managed and supported sales teams across the MENA region and parts of Asia including Japan, Philippines, India, Pakistan,  and Bangladesh.

Prior to his time at Doo Group, Haris spent three years in business development at XM.

Haris Sergiou replaces Elias Aaraj in the role as Global Head of Business Development at FP Markets. Elias left FP earlier this summer after less than one year in the position. He joined FP in late 2025, after spending eight years at Tickmill, and three years at Saxo Bank.

Haris posted the following note on LinkedIn regarding his move to FP Markets.
