Retail FX and CFDs broker FP Markets has continued a recent hiring spree, in particular in its Cyprus office, hiring industry veteran Geo Nicolaidis as Head of AI Transformation.

Geo described his new role as leading the company towards an AI Native future. He will be authoring guardrails and evals for agents, evaluating and transforming manual workflows, and training cross functional teams to work with AI to become more efficient.

Geo Nicolaidis joins FP Markets after spending the past five years with Deriv, where he was Executive Director of the Cyprus office for the Malta headquartered broker, before leaving Deriv earlier this year, as was exclusively reported at the time here at FNG. He had also served as Deriv’s DevOps Manager, and more recently Technical Product Owner AI Automations. Prior to his time at Deriv.com, Geo had worked at FXGT.

Over the past month we have reported that FP Markets added Cyprus based Skilling alum Nikolay Nikolaev as CTO, Doo Group executive Haris Sergiou who joined as Global Head of Business Development, and Andreas Neophytou as Global Business Development Coordinator.
