Fiserv, Inc. (NYSE:FI), a global provider of payments and financial services technology solutions, today announced the appointment of Stephanie Cohen to its Board of Directors.

Cohen serves as Chief Strategy Officer at Cloudflare, a cloud connectivity company. Cohen joined Cloudflare in 2024 and is responsible for driving the company’s key initiatives including the future of Cloudflare’s network, artificial intelligence, international expansion and deepening relationships with large corporate clients.

Before joining Cloudflare, she spent 25 years at Goldman Sachs where she was a member of the firm’s Management Committee and held various leadership positions including global co-head of Consumer & Wealth Management, head of Financial Sponsors Mergers and Acquisitions and Chief Strategy Officer.
