FNG Exclusive… FNG has learned that longtime RoboForex executive Olga Kondratiuk has left the company.

Olga Kondratiuk, who works out of Cyprus, had been with the offshore CFDs broker for more than a decade. She joined RoboForex in 2015 in client support and sales, before a series of promotions led to her being named Affiliate Manager, Business Development Manager, and most recently Country Manager LATAM, establishing and scaling operations in Latin America for RoboForex.

Olga posted the following note on LinkedIn regarding her departure from RoboForex, and where she’s headed next.

Closing one chapter always comes with mixed emotions.

My time at RoboForex is something I’ll always carry with me. I’m truly proud of what we built in LATAM – delivering results across revenue, scale, and brand growth, driven by strong, high-performing teams I built from the ground up across the region.

Throughout this experience, I was fortunate to grow through different roles – from support and sales to Affiliate Manager, and eventually Country Manager for LATAM. Every step taught me something new and shaped me into who I am today.

My team once told me that I have a mission – and that the people I’ll work with next are lucky to be part of it, even if there’s a bit of jealousy about those joining me next.

That’s something I carry into my next chapter in iGaming, where I’ll be combining operational leadership and affiliate growth as COO & Head of Affiliates.

Excited for the journey ahead – the people I’ll meet, the things I’ll learn, and the results we’ll build together.
