Exclusive: IG / DailyFX currency strategist Michael Boutros moves to FOREX.com

FNG Exclusive… FNG has learned that longtime IG Group and DailyFX currency analyst Michael Boutros has left to join StoneX (NASDAQ:SNEX) Retail FX brokerage unit FOREX.com. The move actually marks something of a homecoming for Mr. Boutros, who began his FX industry career with FOREX.com operator Gain Capital (now part of StoneX) in 2006.

Michael Boutros, who is based in New York, had been with DailyFX for 12 years, staying through IG Group’s 2016 acquisition of the popular website among FX traders. Prior to joining Daily FX in 2011 he was an FX trader for MGFinancial (2008-2010) and Gain Capital (2006-2008).
