FNG Exclusive… FNG has learned that offshore (Saint Lucia domiciled) CFDs broker GenesisFX Markets has hired Arkadiusz Bujalski, as Head of Operations & Systems Automation.

In his new capacity, Arkadiusz will spearhead the design, oversight, and complete optimization of GenesisFX Markets’ operational systems, workflows, and technical infrastructure. His extensive dual background in structural management and data engineering will bridge the gap between compliance frameworks and commercial efficiency.

Arkadiusz Bujalski, who is based in Cyprus, joins GenesisFX after spending the past three years with Zarvista (formerly Zara FX), serving as Operations Manager and later as Head of Operations. He was previously Head of Customer Support for BUX’s Stryk CFDs brand (2022-2023), where he engineered cross-functional support procedures and optimized institutional KPIs.

Before his tenure at BUX, Arkadiusz spent five years at FxPro as a Customer Support Supervisor, managing complex departmental workflows and retail trader journey diagnostics. His earlier experience includes roles in client onboarding, regulatory KYC/AML compliance, and account lifecycle management at Safecap Investments (Markets.com), XTrade, IronFX, and UFXMarkets.
