FNG Exclusive… Following our exclusive report yesterday that London based multi-asset liquidity solutions provider BidX Markets had more than tripled its Revenues in fiscal 2023, FNG has learned that James Roddy has now left BidX.

James Roddy was as Head of Institutional Sales for BidX over the past year and a half. He joined BidX in mid 2022, after serving as Sales Director – Institutional Sales at Bosonic. James has also previously worked at VIBHS Financial UK, ICM Capital, Valbury Capital, ODL Securities, BGC Partners, and TP ICAP.

BidX Markets was founded in 2021 by Simon Blackledge, who had previously run MT4/MT5 white label solutions provider itexsys. The FCA licensed, London headquartered brokerage provides tailored access for brokers, asset managers and funds to industry leading Tier 1 liquidity, connectivity, and distribution services. BidX received a strategic investment from non-bank market maker Solid in 2022, in return for 9.9% ownership of the company.
