Broadridge Financial Solutions Inc (NYSE:BR) today announced the appointment of Ervin Zaljević as Director, Regulatory Solutions, based in Luxembourg.

In this role, Mr Zaljević will strengthen Broadridge’s engagement with Luxembourg’s investment funds and asset management community, bringing local market expertise to the company’s global regulatory and technology capabilities.

Ervin Zaljević will focus on strengthening relationships across the local funds ecosystem, combining regulatory expertise, market intelligence, industry engagement and strategic client support. His appointment reflects Broadridge’s continued engagement with Luxembourg, a leading international investment fund centre, and its commitment to supporting clients navigating an increasingly complex regulatory environment.

Ervin Zaljević previously served as Head of Legal at BlackRock Luxembourg and as a board member of numerous investment funds and corporate entities. He also headed up the Fund Corporate Services team at RBC Investor Services Bank and practised as a corporate and investment funds lawyer at leading Luxembourg law firms. His background brings together legal, governance and fund servicing experience, alongside a deep understanding of Luxembourg’s investment funds ecosystem.
