London Stock Exchange (LSE) today confirmed that an “unknown” issue was hampering the normal operations of its website. In particular, the problems concerned the market data section.

The Exchange issued the following message:

“Market Data Not available on website due to unknown/technical issue

There is a technical issue on www.londonstockexchange.com, which means market data, are not displaying on our website. Other services across the Group, including London Stock Exchange and RNS are unaffected and continue to operate as normal. We are working hard to resolve the issue and restore full service to our website”.
