Cboe Options Exchange to permit Magnificent 10 Index Options to trade in penny increments
Effective April 06, 2026, Cboe Options Exchange will permit Magnificent 10 Index Options (MGTN and MGTNW) and Cboe Mini Bitcoin U.S. ETF Index Options (MBTX and MBTXW) to trade in penny increments.
The minimum price variation for MGTN, MGTNW, MBTX and MBTXW options will be $0.01 for series trading below $3.00 and $0.05 for series trading at or above $3.00.
The Cboe Magnificent 10 Index is a thematic, equal-weighted, index that comprises a concentrated basket of 10 growth and tech-oriented, high-demand stocks: AVGO, GOOGL, TSLA, META, MSFT, AMZN, AAPL, NVDA, PLTR, and AMD.
