Cboe Europe to upgrade its delayed transparency data service
Cboe Europe is upgrading its delayed transparency data service.
A new delayed data feed is being introduced to replace the existing delayed data currently available at MiFID Public Trade Data Downloads, with a parallel run period until Friday 27th November 2026 to allow consumers sufficient time to migrate.
The new feed provides 15-minute delayed pre-trade and post-trade transparency data in accordance with regulatory requirements under MiFIR and the RTS on Reasonable Commercial Basis (RTS RCB), as applicable under the EU and UK regulatory frameworks respectively.
Beyond Cboe Europe’s UK and NL trading venues and APAs, Cboe is extending the service to include Systematic Internaliser (SI) pre-trade transparency data.
- Introduction of the new delayed transparency data feed – available in Production from Friday 21st August 2026.
- Discontinuation of the legacy delayed data feed – effective Friday 27th November 2026.
Firms currently consuming the legacy delayed data feed are advised to migrate to the new feed ahead of the discontinuation date.
