Bridgepoint gets admitted to trading on LSE
Bridgepoint announces that its entire issued ordinary share capital, consisting of 823,268,774 ordinary shares of £0.00005 each (the “Ordinary Shares”), has today been admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market for listed securities under the ticker “BPT”.
For the purposes of, and in accordance with, DTR 5.6.1R of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the FCA, the company confirms that, as at the date of this announcement, its issued ordinary share capital consists of 823,268,774 Ordinary Shares, each carrying the right to one vote at a general meeting of the Company. The company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Bridgepoint on the date of this announcement is 823,268,774.
The company first announced its intention to float on LSE in June 2021.
